Through this site, Bangkok Capital SRL facilitates accommodation in hotel-based apartments.
Accessing this site (visiting or using the services offered) represents a legal agreement between Napoca Realty & Services and the consumer, which implies the unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions. Bangkok Capital SRL reserves the right to amend these provisions without notice. The latest version can always be found on this page, called “Terms and Conditions”. In the event of any unacceptable terms and conditions, we ask you not to access this site and the services provided.

Specific Rules

In case of booking through this site, Napoca Realty & Services undertakes to hand over the apartment chosen for the specified period, with all the facilities presented in the offer, with all the amenities, services and functional appliances, the apartments are clean and with changed bedding / towels. In case of booking for a longer term, the bedding / towels will be replaced every 3 days, and the apartment will be sanitized.
The price displayed on the site is a firm price and represents the total price of the services with all taxes included. One night stay is additionally charged with an additional cleaning fee of 10 euro / apartment.
Payment of the above-mentioned services may be made by bank transfer to the account: RO 92 INGB 0000 9999 0659 0017 opened at ING Bank or in cash to the designated person from Bangkok Capital SRL for the delivery of the apartment upon its handing over.
The exchange rate applied is the National Bank of Romania interbank exchange rate valid on the payment date. Payment can be made through Lei (RON) or Euro (EUR).

By completing the booking procedure, the consumer explicitly acknowledges that this order is firm and involves an obligation to pay.

In order to confirm the reservation, Bangkok Capital SRL sends a confirmation email within a reasonable time with the main characteristics of the services and useful information necessary for accommodation, the total price of the services with all taxes included and the payment method, and in case of payment, the confirmation payment.

The “Check-in” procedure is possible between 1 p.m. and 10 p.m., and a “late Check-in” is available for an additional 10 euro / apartment.

The “Check-out” procedure must be done before 11 a.m., the exceeding of this hour is additionally charged with a new day of accommodation.

Bangkok Capital SRL does not own a reception, so please let us know the estimated time of your arrival. The handing over and return of the key will be made at the address of the apartment booked at an hour specified by you in advance.

In case of availability and with prior notification of the Director, it is possible to request a “late check-out” with 2-4 hours for an additional fee of 15 euro / apartment.

Reservation refers to the number of people mentioned in the booking procedure, exceeding this number is forbidden. If the booking number is higher than the number of guests present, there is no refund procedure.

The apartments provided have a residence purpose, so they can be used exclusively for this purpose. The consumer assumes full legal responsibility for any other type of event and mainly parties.

Please use audio-video equipment at a sound level that does not disturb the silence of the tenants, especially between 10 p.m. – 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. – 2 p.m. At the same time, we draw your attention that making noise with any apparatus or object or shouting or creating a disturbance is sanctioned by Law 61/1991 for sanctioning the offenses of violation of norms of social cohabitation, order and public peace with a fine from 200 lei to 1,500 lei.

Smoking is forbidden both in the residence (being a closed space) and the common spaces (e.g. stairwell, etc.). Smoking is allowed on the terraces or balconies of the apartments that have such a facility.

Small pets can be introduced into the apartments with a prior agreement from Bangkok Capital SRL.

Please use the utilities (electricity, gas, water) without waste and use the apartment, facilities, services and appliances safely and without causing damages thereof, and hand over the apartment in the state you have taken it over. For any damage, the responsibility lies with the consumer.
